2. Have a specific sport or activity that they are preparing for. (Running, Triathlete, volleyball, softball etc.)
3. Don’t have a lot of workout experience and need more in-depth coaching.
4. Don't like group workouts and prefer to go at their own pace.

Semi Private- $65/ session.
Packages paid monthly. (Example: 2 x week = 8 session package)
No contracts - billed monthly
