I have been working out with Jeff, in Georgetown, for the past couple of years. Jeff brings a vast knowledge of training and provides guidance to each client's individual needs. He is able to train everyone from Professional Athletes, medical professionals like me, to those of us that get caught up in the corporate world and want to get our fitness lives back on track.
