Staying active is the key to Health

Part of living a healthy lifestyle, is allowing our bodies to move.

We focus on building muscular and core strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health.

We use free weights, bands, balls, and body weight exercises to build you up.

Our goal is to continuously stimulate your system to keep growing stronger and more resilient.

I highly recommend Jeff Millet and Northcore for personal training for anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. Jeff can tailor a plan for workouts whatever your goals may be. His approach as a coach is professional and positive. I am in my mid 50’s and have definitely improved my fitness to continue to ski, hike, & bike stronger and without injury. My son plays college level baseball and has trained with Jeff for strength and mechanics and my high school aged daughter and competitive skier has also trained with Jeff. Highly recommend!

I have been working out with Jeff for the past couple of years. Jeff brings a vast knowledge of training and provides guidance to each client's individual needs. He is able to train everyone from Professional Athletes to those of us that get caught up in the corporate world and want to get our fitness lives back on track. He helped me with a few mobility issues and increase my overall strength. All in all, a good guy inside and outside, of the gym.
